So, I finally decided to mess around with my wacom bamboo intuos today and Lo' and behold.. my inner five year old came out. Do I get a gold star? :D If not, how about some suggestions for digital painting tutorials that are actually worth the time you spend watching/reading them? >_>

So I did this sketch that I'm actually sorta proud of. Tonight was supposed to be the "finally gonna do some fanart" night but I ended up just drooling at Natalie Wood's smile. She's now my eternal mental image of Daphne Greengrass, lol.

So I went through a string of epiphanies after breaking my leg something serious back in September, and as a result, I've been practising all sorts of stuff with newfound determination and urgency. Drawing/painting at least once a day has to be a thing now, and has been for a while. Even when I fuck up, I've been forcing myself to have fun pushing through mistakes. Today caught me in a good mood :)
