Viras reaction here is identical to her response in WH8 where she was mafia and thought she'd give a go trying to get out of being scum read by playing the "Regs not going to change his mind" "Why the fuck do I even try in these games" type route, I'll grab the posts in a sec Her popping in and responding towards Fontisians vote on her within ~2 minutes of it being posted shows she's keeping up with this very closely still, buy that she was typing up a response towards me and lost it but think the way she was planning on going about this comes from scum significantly more. Also think her "I was falling behind so I was ISO"ing people" when those people happened to be most of the leading wagons that flipped town and resulted in her voting / scum reading them is awful.

I've got the impression of Jari that regardless of his alignment his stances and reads are generally outside of mainstream ones and he's always had a lot of conviction behind them; see his Fable is scum in the Championship type game for an exmaple so that type of reasoning is fairly meh for me. Looking forward to you reading into him though.

Mildly intrigued by the fact that most of the people on koalas yesterday were not the people on koalas d1?

I mean I get that half that wagon from d1 was dead by d2 but it makes me think that a lot of people were just going with consensus groupthink when they voted for koalas.

Height of the koalas wagon d1
Koalas (7): Proph, fonti, Miner, yeav, GH, Vaimes, .113
GH (6): Zack, Stanari, Cuth, dyachei, Vira, Koalas
Cuth (5): tom, Swedish, Jarizok, weiyaoli
    Jan (2): Newcomb, Fable
    Stanari (1): Scott
    113 (1): Revenant

    Abstain (2): Tsaiah, Jan

Height of the Koalas wagon yesterday before consolidation (estimated)
Koalas (7): Revenant, Vira, Fable, Jan, weiyaoli, Jarizok, Cuth
Revenant (6): .113, Stanari, tom, Newcomb, Zack, Fonti
    Cuth (1): Koalas
    .113 (1): Miner
    Newcomb (1): Vaimes
    Zack (1): owner
    miner (1): dyachei

    Abstaining (1): Tsaiah

Okay lunch is sorted, going to spend the next few hours ISO'ing people, will try and check the newer posts occasionally too, this whole "Where were the scum wagon wise" type conversation is something I really am not enjoying reading though, I think there's much better ways to work out who's mafia and if we're going to look at some sort of VCA type things I'd rather do it once we've had a few scum flips.

It's simple, you ask me nicely and I tell you my alignment. I think there's a few people here that know what to look out for when reading me and I'm pretty positive they'll let you know I'm town soonish if needed though I think I'll be pretty transparently town anyway; I don't rate my scum game very highly personally but I manage to scrap by winning enough scum games so meh?

    Then just don't read it?

Cuz I'm certainly not going to stop doing it.

Also Fonti saying I'm wolfy for doing it is like really REALLY dumb.

Because let's take a look at the worlds where I'm doing that as a wolf. The claim is mainly it's wolfy for me to be trying to "clear" .113 off of VCA which it's not even accurate to say I'm trying to clear him off it I just said it makes him less likely to be a wolf and said why. But let us for just a moment assume I am a wolf. What's my goal here?

If I'm W/V with .113 I've chosen a really convoluted way to TMI .113, if I only wanted to get cred for a good V read there are a lot more direct and simpler ways to do that. For example I'd probably just cite meta since that seems way easier and less of a hassle.

If I'm W/W with .113 then I'm trying to get a partner V read which for anyone that knows me knows is already unlikely but furthermore I'm going out of my way to attach myself to .113 from that point onward, the W/W world means if .113 ever flips I've fucked myself. I would never take such an unnecessary risk with a partner who let's be honest here has unreliable prospects this game.

Hate the VCA all you want but it's ridiculous to call it wolfy.

What do I say when you say I'm faking

    I just want to die

I'm not faking, and you're just going to be smug and say I am

    I'm not

When I reply to font it's because I get alerted every second I do posts and update thread because why not

Wolfy as in you just tried to post content to post it, not because it was something you actually thought through and believed.

Though there is something else I need to check other than VCs that could prove interesting....

Back at some point after now but before later.

I don't actually think that's a believable thing to think.

    Let the vicious circle begin.

@Fable - That's fine. Can you talk to me a little about Dyachei and your read on her given you're much more experienced at playing with her? I've just finished going over her ISO and I'm still in a fairly ?? place with her. I don't mind and can follow a lot of her scum reads throughout the game ie. Proph/GH/Vira/Fontisian/SS/SR, her reasoning behind having those stances make plenty of sense and think her frustration with people not interacting directly with her and feeling ignored is pretty understandable although probably NAI? Didn't really like her vote on Miner or her response towards Tom at EOD2, the "Do you think Viras more likely than the current wagons" is a really odd question to be asking Tom there rather than either joining on Vira or putting forward a case against why a CFD shouldn't happen, felt a lot like empty posting near deadline. So yeah, I've come out of it super null on her, sell me that she's a particular alignment?

That's an open question to anyone I guess; anyone have a strong scum read on Dya either way, if so which/why?

I think scums instinct when cased is "Let me see if I can tear the case to bits, I'll focus on making a counter wall to it". I think town react differently to that a lot of the time and given my biggest concern with her is the fact that she's got...no reads with any depth whatsoever would imagine that she'd be sharing some thoughts/reads instead.

I follow your original point now, but I have another question: what do you think town!Vira's reaction looks like?

Any reason why you wouldn't see that as just, like, scumhunting?

Well wanted to check to see if there was any chance to see if people were being killed for their reads and the answer I came away with was probably not so they were probably just killed for being consensus villagers.

Fucking impossible for me to find a lead this game.

Gotchas are also a form of scumhunting. Looking for smoking guns is a more specific feeling, though.
