Hmm. Let's see 30 for London/Stream/Something else + 4 for Maintenance + 11 for unscheduled maintenance + 4 for another unscheduled Maintenance + 2 for a third unscheduled maintenance + 10 as apology = 61 + ~12 quartz from master missions and logins = ~73. That's the JP experienced alright.

 

I'd take those maintenance periods every week for those quartz, lol

It depends on which you'd prefer to roll. If you really have no preference at all, you might as well roll when they are both available. There's not really a better day since rate up just means you have ~0.35% or ~0.7% out of the 1% SSR rate for that servant.

 

Yup, just one ten roll. And I'll definitely be using him - he's the best Lancer I have. In NA, anyway.

If you only want Karna, it's better to roll for him during his lone rate up, as Arjuna's presence will decrease your chance of getting him.

Go for Karna, way better than Arjuna. I'm debating whether to roll for him since he'll come out when the America singularity comes and rate up will likely be out for him. Don't worry too much about the limited time CE's either, they're not that good.

 

Going by JP schedule, like Tamamo, although they release officially when America comes out, they don't get a rate up then.

I think since they will be around to spook you at any time though, you probably don't need to roll for them unless you need them right now for husbando reasons.
