I mean, in this world either
- It was done to Vaimes, so we lose tomorrow even if we hit
- It was done to Gemma, so scum wouldn't NK Gemma given she was doomed anyway
- It is still in reserve, in which case scum opted not to use it until it became useless (no)
- Scum didn't know they had it (stupidly high variance)
