    Not really anything specific tbh.

Just want people that aren't posting to post.

Maybe talk about what the world is if the current wagons are v/v and wolves are content?

I think that's pretty unlikely, but could definitely explain the stagnant feeling.

Think the stagnant votes are solely a case of half the game is either not here, or in the process of catching up, and the other half are waiting for them to do that which means very little vote movement, don't think there's anything more to it then that.

Could see this being w/w sure, but like.

What are the other two wolves doing then? Are they really just kinda twiddling thumbs and letting us wagon both of their buddies, and doing nothing about it?

    Hi fonti.

Hit me with your most against the grain read? Something you really believe in but haven't felt the need to talk about too much, or are playing a 'wait and see' game with.

Could be their partners not being here at all, not thinking they have the influence to do anything about it, not wanting to stick their neck out and hoping that instead we naturally move across to Nego in that world, or could be them already voting Nego. Is just a lot of possibilties that I don't think it's hugely worth getting into a "what are the wolves doing if these two are wolves" type thinking.

Bah, that's hard. I feel very consensusy.

Hmm. Citrus is town is my most out there one. I think he's more town than Reg. Maybe a bit less town than you.

You do feel pretty consensusy, hence me asking this :p

(I feel like I'm pretty consensusy too, but still)

Can you talk about Citrus read a bit more?

Also maybe talk about why you're so sure I'm town? Kind of been squinting at town reads on me because I'm not sure I've really been my usual slam dunk town self due to oog reasons primarily.

This isn't going to be very satisfying, but the answer for both of you is pretty much the same. You feel real. When you post reads, consider things and react to people, it either matches what I'm thinking or feels like something you believe.

I just audibly said the word 'grumble' as I grumbled at you.

    I don't get it either.

Not so satisfying, but I almost like the lazy answer in terms of what it means for your alignment.

Not spoon feeding me bullshit because you feel you need to or you'll get caught.

If it helps, there are more worlds where you're a wolf than I'm comfortable with late D2, I just don't super want to do anything about it also for those reasons.
    --- Post automerged ---
Expanding on this, like you objectively are Lacking this game to a certain extent, I just think the reasons for that would shake out and present in roughly the same way regardless of your alignment, so I don't really have a "body of work" read on you, just a bunch of small individual things.

I can understand that I guess? The slower phases and the stagnation of the game has me shuffling it down priority list a little. Think of me like. MTGS 2016 invitational Voxx, this game. Got some town reads, got some poe probably-wolves, and just kinda shrugging because my reads feel boring and consensus-y, but it doesn't mean they're bad or wrong, and I don't feel the need to really shake things up.

Do you think if we threw down like 5 votes on MP7 that he'd pop in?

Think best posts to read me on are my big voxxposts/reads posts this game, so far at least. You aren't going to get there on body of work/passion/energy, just going to have to hunt for some kind of nuance/critical thought in reads that I can't really do as a wolf.

Good luck with that, but not really my problem.

If you just lock me in as town, who do you think is the most likely consensus-town that we're misreading? Because I have one what I'd call actual scum read, in Beru, and a couple people that I sort of think are town but wouldn't be shocked if they flip scum, but like. A ton of pretty solid town reads.

Not really, think he said he wouldn't be back until Monday, moving etc?

    Might be misremembering.

Might sound weird, but Kai, kinda. Like, yeah, he's had some glimmers of villager, but the amount of town kudos he got off that seemed kinda wonky to me, like maybe he's a wolf and his partners are just milking the "Kai did literally anything, let's all call him a villager" party.

Maybe fonti, more seriously. She's felt pretty good to me, but it's neither a body of work thing nor a "individual moments" thing, it's like... pretty tonal? The way she's interacting with people just doesn't super feel like she's trying to mislynch them - Nego, or buddy them - you. It's just not a super firm peg to hang a read on.

Must have missed that. Just getting kinda antsy.

Can see both of those, and also get what you mean on Fonti.

She lacks an agenda this game. Usually Fonti feels like she's pushing an agenda-ish type thing even when town, but I think she doesn't feel like she /has/ to do that this game due to the playerlist. She just feels like she's slotted in as a cog in the team.

I think the only way I ever worry about Fonti is if we're wrong about both Beru and Empoof - then that kind of content/consensusy feel might be indicative of just letting us drive town off a cliff and into mislynches, but as it is it feels pretty good.

I liked the exchange we just had in particular, where like, she just lumped me/Citrus together in a kind of lazy, casual way that I think she doesn't quite do as a wolf in response to me in particular. Feel like she'd have tried to have more nuance to the read, and have us as town for more individual reasons, because she'd be scared I'd dunk her for such a 'you just feel town lol' type thing?

    Eh.

Can you talk to me about Reg a bit?

I think he's probably town, but him locking me in as 100% town, 0 wolves in group, etc just has me kind of squint eyed, and I don't know if it's rational or not. I agree with most things he posts, and I felt like he kind of was out of wolf range on d1 when he was almost bursting at the seams to get words out when he was restricted from doing so, but the confidence in me being town here has me a little bit worried it's because of the obvious reasons - him knowing I'm town.

I wonder what Stanari's scum game on DLP would look like?

To be clear, I think she's very obviously town in this game, but I've been looking at her posts and kind of tilting my head like 'If this were a scum bird, what would this post be like instead', and I don't really know.

Might be ego speaking but I think if you're scum here I get /some/ inkling of it at /some/ point by now, even just a "Hum, something doesn't seem right with his stances/way he's approaching the game" type thing but I haven't had that at all. Your reads and reasoning on the sheer majority of players have matched mine almost to a tee and you've frequently said a lot of the things I've been thinking before I've had a chance to post them, find your interactions with Fonti/Newcomb/Myself and mostly Stanari to come across as super super genuine and can see the constant push to genuinely solve in your posts. Can see the mixture of confidence and doubt in your thoughts on the game state throughout your posts to a level I don't think you're able to do as scum here. Think the way you handled the Fenwicked read, the reasoning behind that read and the way you were acting around EOD are outside of your scum-range. Can go into this in a lot more depth and pull up links etc if you need, but yeah, I'm pretty certain you're town here.

Your frustration upon coming back to the thread with votes on you is something I think is super relatable and understandable there as town, think you'd be significantly less tilted/bothered by it (1578 & 1574 area). Feel like your attitude re; working out the lynch around the EOD ie. 1616 plays out differently if you're scum, you just find /someone/ to push or something to do and not sit around twiddling fingers trying to work it out. The biggest thing by far though is the legacy in 1719, lot of thoughts there were very similar to 'last thoughts i wanted to get out' ' last thoughts i had' 'things i've felt', notably the M7 is where I think there's a chance I'm wrong, the stance on Kai there, the read on Miner. There's also things in there that I just think are very much Town! You, the insistence and wanting to be right about Tsaiah, the paranoia/thought of Fonti!Scum being the case if the world is hard that flows /very/ naturally with your reads/thoughts earlier too.

    Mm.

    Okay.

Fine, you can still be town.

The 'at EoD' thing just felt like something you chucked in there, and I didn't really think I did much alignment indicative at EoD.

I'd actually forgotten about the wagon on me and my resulting tilt, and I'm frankly kind of embarrassed about it. In retrospect it was obviously light-hearted fun, but I wasn't in a great headspace.

Eido, Regfan, why was Citrus #1880 a good post? I don't get it
