I nominate Harry Potter and the Innate Malapropism for removal. I just don't think it meets the standards of the C2. I understand it's a parody and all, but I think it just tries too hard.

Oppose the removal of HP and the Innate Malapropism. Jeram is a DLP author. Unless he himself wants it gone, then it fits the C2's mandate.

I ah, mentioned it over at a private yahoo group I belong to. That should bring in ~15-20 more subscribers. They aren't really HP-centric writers, but most won't mind joining as a favor to me and us.

 

We should be aiming for top spot by the end of August I reckon.

Its intersting to see that none of the DLP's original C2 (here) have made it into the new C2. Just goes to show how much DLP has changed its taste and helped improve writing and HP fanfiction in general.

Well, that can't be right. They probably have some of Nonjon's fics in common, don't they?

Interesting to see a list of the best fics from five years ago. I used to love Reign of Power - don't know if it's worth adding to the C2 though, I would need to read it again.

Anyways, there's almost no way we can get to the top by the end of the month. Top 10 for this week and top 5 for the next seem like more attainable targets.

 

Not only nonjon but also Sree, Dark-Syaoran, Ruskbyte and IP82.

Edit: It's a pity ip82 hasn't written more. I reread his oneshots and they are still among the best that I have read in fanfiction.

Sorry if I missed it but I noticed Project M by Water Mage isn't in the c2. Can't find the library thread for the fic but I remember seeing it in the wba with high ratings.

FF.net says members on C2 are 449 and 423. 449 is on the community list page. And 423 is on the C2 page

However members on DLP now add up to 6301

520 new members in 13 hours. Is that a record?

 

And of those 520, none have bothered making an introduction thread. Hmm...
