    I was aware of the other modified version being entered into Minecraft. To my knowledge, however, it is only a varient of FasterRender that was entered in the 1.3 Update. I believe I mentioned before that Scae was one of the ones responsible for optimizations in Minecraft Beta. McRegion is currently, and definitely completely added.

    After testing 1.3 without the mods, and then adding it I noted a definite improvement for me online. Not all of Optimine is integrated, and the benefits will vary per computer and network set-up.

    So, from my own analysis, and from Jeb, I only see the FasterRender Mod being integrated:

    There is more than one way for my Render Speed increasing, and I believe it is due to the other optimizations in Optimine.

    Hmm. Must have done work on it since a week ago then. >_> Since as of Feb 19 it wasn't SMP compatible.

    Bumping to showcase a bit of my insanity. I now realise that I must stop playing God with my world terrain, and start looking for appropriate places to build, rather than simply completely reforming entire regions.

    I used up about two stacks of Iron making the tools, and my estimations put it well over 15000 blocks removed, and I probably have about 5000 more to go. All in all, it took me about three to four hours, and the whole project has made me a fucking grand master of click mining.

    God I miss dynamite. ;_;

    The whole reason I'm doing this is to build a massive medieval-style town by the ocean. If I were to turn around, you'd see an even larger plot of land that used to be a similarly mountainous forest that is now flat plains.


    Anyway, yeah, I thought I'd go insane if I didn't share this. Only a few more days until everything's complete, if I can manage to stick to this schedule. >.<

    You know, I'm looking at the map Vash uploaded and it has occurred to me that we're using a tiny portion of the map compared to what's there. So, I thought, we're not thinking big enough. We need a project that will cover the entirety of this world we've got going, something huge. Something bigger than just buildings.

    Personally, I want to make a replica of Middle Earth. All of it. We've already got Minas Tirith, what's say we add on from there?

    We'd have to rebuild Minas Tirith if we were to do that, seeing as its right smack dab in the middle of everyones shit. And isnt Hogwarts supposed to be our giant project. I mean, it looks pretty big from the map.

    Between the castle, lake, forest, quidditch pitch, chamber of secrets and Hogsmaede, there's a pretty huge build already going on.

    But yeah, I just annoyed minhoto by causing massive lag, when I flattened an area to start building a village/town kind of thing out paste Castle Grayskull...

    Actually, this should go fairly fast. We've already got the entire first floor plotted out, and a good part of the walls built around it. Might consider stretching out the great hall a bit, since it looks kind of dinky...

    But beyond that...

    I don't have the game so I'm not sure one way or the other but I'd expect there to be a poke￾mon creature mod for minecraft.

    I dunno if it's been mentioned but they already have a pokeball mod.

    Also while looking up whether they had pokemon creature mod's I found this Minecraft Pokemon Terrain texture pack.

    What have you done to me!? Now I won't be satisfied until someone creates a mod/map of the original region with all of the original pokemon as tamable mobs.

    It's almost enough to make me want to learn how to do it myself. If it wasn't for patches constantly breaking mods, I'd probably try.

    Mo' Creature mod works for singleplayer, so you could probably do it that way, but we COULD make a map, and distribute it... D:

    Yeah, I mainly meant single player because I know it's possible. You'd just have to make all of the models and animations, which would be incredibly time consuming.

    Speaking of Mo' Creatures, he really needs to update. I want a Pegasus, damn it! D:
