That or the car the doctor was sitting on could be it. Chameleon circuit fixed and all.

It didn't strike any one as odd that the doctor was in the middle of no where on a car. No tardis anywhere.

Since when has the doctor travelled with a actual car. Can he even drive?

    You've done it...
1430 posts in and I've finally felt shame.

Dolphin promiscuity, grammer and spelling atrocities have never phased me. But your superior wiki use and Dr.Who knowledge has put me in my place.

    Touche.

Personally I thought this weeks episode was very boring. I had high hopes for this season given the quality of the first two episodes. However this weeks offering seems to have reverted back to the mediocrity that was the last season. And next weeks episode looks even worse from the teaser...

...The fuck you been smokin', bro? Next week's episode looks fucking awesome. It's fucking Gaiman's episode where we're supposed find out who the hell River Song is.

I have no idea about who the author is or anything more than what was shown in the clip at the end of this weeks episode. Based on that small segment, it looks shit...

Really? I thought it'll be showed in the seventh episode, just before a summer break (which I already hate - seven episodes are not enough for me, not to mention waiting for resolution of cliffhanger we will be served).

Really? I thought the River Song reveal was slated for episode seven.

Oh, and yeah, this week's episode was a bit lighter than the opener, but I still very much enjoyed it. Never read any Gaiman, but next episode looks great, if only because it's seems my favourite line from the trailer will be appearing.

EDIT: Celestin beat me. He even used "Really?". :/

I'm confusing myself now. The episode IS titled "The Doctor's Wife", if you didn't know.
This is the episode with ^that line, guys, regardless of River's situation.

I'm extremely looking forward to it... because, let's face it, it's Neil fucking Gaiman writing the episode.

River's the Doctor's wife is she now? Nah, I think the title refers to a one-off character played by Surrane Jones. Everything is confusing.

And yeah, that's the line I was referring to. Epic.

That line made me literally fangirl squee when I saw the series trailer. I really can't wait for this episode. (And yes, it's "all of them" not "them all", Lutris. :p )

Also, has anyone noticed that Matt Smith never stands straight? He's always slouching. I'm not sure why it annoys me, but it kinda does.

I am watching the series for the first time, and I have to say it is fantastic.

I am currently watching the Weeping Angels episode, and to be honest, they are creepy as fuck. Done very well, but creepy, and its all thanks to DLP my mind has exploded from all the win.

Neil Gaiman has always been over-rated to me. Not enough show, not enough tell idunknow.

But yeah, that line is :). Do we get too find out who River kills now? Or let me rephrase: does it finally get stated that she kills the Doctor?

I think this is deliberate. I never minded it. His fidgeting in the most awesome scene in the Eleventh Hour though...

Well, it could be... But really, where would the fun be in that?

Yeah, it probably is deliberate, and it does suit the new Doctor. It just bugs me... Though, that fidgeting was quite awesome.

    I ship Doctor/TARDIS. :awesome

That said I expected more from this episode, though that would be a given seeing as I expected more Time Lords

I liked this episode. Anthromophising the Tardis is my favorite thing in the world.

So if the the only water in the forest is the River. And the tardis said that she needs water, then she needs River?

I'm sure half of what the tardis said during this episode is spoilers for the entire season. I have to rewatch it to find out what jibberish she spoke.

    Over all :awesome

That was a wonderful, wonderful episode. Funny, heartwarming, and thrilling when it counted. And who would have thought that the 'Fear me...' line possibly wasn't the most quotable line in the episode? Great stuff.

A brilliant episode. I've always liked a relationship between the Doctor and his Tardis and now we had a chance to see it from the other side.

See? I was right. It was an epic episode.

As others have said, the quotability in this episode is just :awesome.

Also, this popped into my head and I couldn't stop thinking of it:

    @QuaziJoe:
Yeah, most of her lines probably are spoilers. It's just, we'd never know until the Fall season, because the final episode of the Spring season, A Good Man Goes To War, is just Part 1 of a two parter, which concludes in the Fall premiere.

    SO. MUCH. WAITING.

EDIT: Also, just had this thought.

You are half right, Joe. House was in the TARDIS.

I'm not a fan of this mid season split now, I want it all at once. :(

This episode was amazing imo. I loved the bit at the end with the Doctor and the Tardis. Overall I thought it was all really well done, much more than I expected tbh.
