Probably. Depends on how much carnage will actually be wrecked, though, and if the current policy is still to try and cover up the worst of the news from public eyes-- if Luffy's bounty skyrockets again they're going to know some serious shit went down somewhere.

And frankly, the Marines likely don't want it to rise. Too many bounty increases reflects poorly on the Marines' ability to contain threats.

 

Yeah, and besides, we were just notified of his new 400k bounty. Shouldn't rise again for a long time. I mean, what could Luffy do that'd be worse then tearing down Enies Lobby, Escaping Impel Down, and causing havoc at Marineford?

The way Oda drew the giant legs with Robin in the middle was kind of strange.

Luffy was pretty cool. Really liked how he effortlessly dominated Hodi. Van Decken is douchy as ever. I hope this arc isn't that long. I want them to get on with this :/

 

So ... Anyone know why Luffy's skin is black?

Also, Luffy can rock a cigar better than Smoker. Lulz.

 

When Luffy uses the Armor Haki, his skin becomes black. It was some weird type of rubber, if I recall correctly.

When he gets into that first battle after the time skip, I think it explains.
