When is the giveaway and how can we be part of it?

I've never used Steam but won't mind getting a few games to try it out. Don't feel like spending money since I'm very low on cash this spring break.

 

You be a part of it by putting your Steam ID in your sig, and in the Masterlist Gamertag thread, and you donate into the pile. Considering you can spend 7 bucks a month, or hell even 10 bucks here and there, and pic up top tier games, cash shouldn't be an issue. As for when, it depends on when they have their next huge sale, or we may just hold over until Christmas, so stockpile your games when they have huge sales.

None of its DLC is included. Buying all of the DLC is an extra $32. The base game is only $7.49 on sale. Mafia II seems to be one of those over-hyped games though.
