Seems like the authors who write really good fics are the ones that are always most busy with real life.

 

Mainly because they're generally older and have jobs/college to deal with.

This is the only time travel fic that I am following at the moment. It is a fresh and interesting take on an otherwise done to death plot point. There are OCs here mind you but they are fresh enough and dont't drag the focus away from the primary characters. Lately it has suffered a drop in quality but that might change. It also puts a rather intriguing twist to the characters of Tsunade and Orochimaru.

I've never actually read anything from LD 1449 that I liked, is this better than his other works?

Well, Naruto is the primary character and isn't paired with anyone yet. Not sure if this is really a spoiler, but:

Tsunade is married to Dan, who obviously didn't die.

I've been following it too. Better than his other stuff for whatever that is worth, even if there are a few things that bug me (the Fire Daimyo in particular). We are just now coming to the real meat of the story though, so we'll see if it holds together.

 

You'd like this, WD. The only Uchiha with the Sharingan was Madara.
I only read the beginning, so that is subject to change though.

Edit : lots of syntax problems though, it can be a pain to read.
Edit2 : Ugh, it's pretty inconsistent. Awful chapters mixed with interesting ones.

 

I personally thought he did alright with this fic though I don't think I could bring myself to read it all over again. His Naruto/Inuyasha crossover was pretty good as well in fact I think it was better in some ways.

Something tells me this guy would write an indie! Harry Potter story which involved the usual list of items he had to buy. And then Harry would make another list of training schedules as well as gym time.

I haven't read any of his other works, so I really can't say. But this I liked. I have hated time-travel fics on principle so that should tell you something.
Not to say it doesn't have problems, but I'd credit the author for his originality and the best part..... after a twenty three chapters and over 100k words I still have no idea where he is going with this.
So he has kept things interesting and no its not a tsu/oro fic(I tend to stay away from those).

 

I like Legacy Undone well enough, aside from a few minor qualms

the number of Konoha ninja being so low, the fact that Naruto still lives on his own despite the sort of family-like relationship he has with Tsunade and Dan, etc

The fact that aside from Naruto bemoaning the loss of Kurama, no one mentions it in the story (as of chapter 5)! The greatest weapon Konoha has literally ups and vanishes from it's seal for no reason, and no one is freaking out about it?

 

This one might not be everyone's cup of tea but I liked it. The concept, while not exactly original does have its own spin on it and that is something to be admired. So if you want to read a fic about a grey and pragmatic Naruto this is for you.

Or were you perhaps referring to Naruto's character being grey? It begs some elaboration.

 

He means to say that Grey!Harry is an accepted genre because of the separation of dark and light in the HPverse, but there's no similar distinction in the NarutoVerse.

And stop being a dick on the forum. You're being an ass here, as well as in many replies in your WBA thread. A little bit of politeness goes a long way.

Edit: The story in question is interesting enough, though. The concept is unique, and it's implemented well enough. Been a while since I read it, so don't quote me on that.
