I just started not too long ago.

 

I play on NA too if anyone wants to add me - Denial#1489. I play quite a bit, got to rank 3 last season.

I went 12-2 with this deck in arena today, murloc knight is insane. Paladin has definitely taken the throne as the best arena class now. Cards that got cut off at the bottom are Gurubashi, Belcher, Kodo, Sunwalker and Mysterious Challenger.

The stupidest, most hilarious part of Murloc Knight: When it summons another Murloc Knight for you.

Every time it happens I feel like I can hear an echo of "FUCK!" from wherever my opponent is in the world.

 

Murloc Knight is so good, and so hilarious to play if you do get a second on the board. Mrrgrlrgll!

 

Thanks to a lot of help from Eido and little help from reddit I put together some basic decks that worked pretty well. Good win rates, not as good vs players with clearly better cards/a little rng luck. Then I ran into a Warrior. Warsong into Frothing Warrior and some.. kabuki looking guy? Threw up a little in my mouth.

And this weekend I had my first encounter with the fatigue mechanics. I really regretted playing an Azure Drake and not thinking about it.

I'm doing a Rogue run and won my 4th game against Rogue with the following:

T1- coin Defias
T2- Amani Berserker
T3- Spider Tank
T4- Master of Disguise on 3/1 Spider Tank
T5- Clockwork Knight'd Spider Tank to kill off Azure Drake
T6- Sunwalker
T7- traded Master of Disguise into Earth Ring Farseer then Bomb Lobber'd + Dagger Harvest Golem
T8- Rogue conceded

Currently 3-1 and that win gave me enough for a level up. I now have all 9 classes to level 35 plus!!!!!!!!

4-1 after steam rolling Warrior with the same T1 & T2 play along with backstabbing Amani + Buccaneer + Dagger combo on T3.

I finished 7-3. In my 8th game the opp Paladin topdecked Lights Justice that was buffed by Spiteful Smith for the exact 3 damage needed. *Classic example of playing to win and not playing to not lose the next turn.*

In my 10th game I couldn't establish tempo against Druid before they got Savage Combatant out on the board.

 

I decided to grind some ladder this week to complete my 500 wins for golden Mage. In the process I hit rank 5 today. I know it's not a lot for many of the hardcore players here, but it's the highest I've reached so far (I don't tryhard much) so I'm satisfied.

I'll see how much further Jaina and her mechs can get me this season.

I had around 420 at the start of this week. I got the golden portrait now.

 

Which variation of the deck are you using?

Mech mage used to be my grinder deck of choice, but I had a lot of trouble with it last season.

 

I have between 100-160 wins with 7 of the 9 classes (the other two pretty low).

Maybe I'll do my grind with Priest or Warrior this season to even them out. Dragon priest seems fun, but warrior... meh.

I don't like patron, and missing some critical cards for control (and find it boring as hell)

Dragon Tempo Warrior-ish thing could probably work until 5-7 range? idk.
