Most people these days. Knowing how to come up with the proper keywords to find information about a subject hasn't been a critical life skill for a good decade or so.

I do. I'm an old hand at boolean logic searches from the pre-Google era, and I'm more or less competent with post-Google engines too.

Sometimes I'll want to know the answer to a question that has perhaps been asked before somewhere online. When I give a full question, or near full [ie. the major phrases], then I'm far more likely to find a discussion on YahooAnswers, StackExchange, GameFAQ, or similar answer/question sites. Often the discourse is just as important if not more so that the answer itself. It may explain why there is no easy answer, or have links that others have personally found useful on the topic.

Most of my searches are concise, but there is a place for full questions in my google toolbox.

This one is too large to be reposted directly in this thread, so I'll provide the link:

You shouldn't be; it's just a cloud server hosting a jpg. Even if it was a bad site, the link is only to a jpg file. A jpg file isn't executed when you view it and so can't infect your computer even if it did contain malicious code.

WoT says that the site's reputation for trustworthiness is "good".

It's possible, even likely, that something nasty was hosted on the fastly.net cloud at some point, but it wasn't this picture.

Looks like you're right. Norton cites a Trojan hosted elsewhere on fastly as the reason for blocking the site.
