I did a lot of thinking in my QT last Night. Most if it boiled down to 'why didn't Atum assassinate fluff as the Acolyte???'

That's what I was wondering too. Since Cobalt could be mislynched and was not getting any new info before tomorrow. Maybe he suspected I was actually the priest?

Or maybe it was Newcomb deciding that we were trusting Cobalt without reason and wanted him gone.

But I actually have no clue.

 

I thought it was weird he didn't assassinate Lucky, because town!Lucky tends to just go with the flow as far as lynches are concerned, so there's a fair chance he would have taken out Cobalt. Or Kalas, I guess.

 

I think we're actually in a pretty good spot, despite Atum taking someone down with him. Will explain when I get to a computer. Basically, there are a ton of confirmed now, etc. GJ Angels (?)

 

I still think he should have taken the shot, though? He was going to die, either by his own power or by being lynched.

I also constructed this really elaborate and paranoid world where Atum fakeclaims Holy to potentially get a CC, and the Coven gets super lucky in that the Inquisitor is scum and they check Citrus as Holy the Night they kill him. So since Atum is basically a useless slot, they decide to MURDER HIM by way of having Witch!fluff take a gamble and claim Acolyte in the hopes that fluff can skate on that fakeclaim to endgame.

I also roleplayed as Atum in my QT a bit to try to get into his mindset, that was fun but ultimately fruitless.

Atum was a witch Assassin and Cobalt was town.

 

So I had in my notes that Tempus was either Holy or probably scum?

I'm probably wrong but I still think it's funny.

I saw it as a more interesting role.While the judge has a useful ability, I feel information gathering is more important. Also if the GD ended up being a witch we would know for sure if we could trust the information he had given us.

 

Either Waco is the scumvivalist :|, or he is town. I can say that because Jan was just confirmed Gambler due to Cobalt being town.

I hypothesized that Atum shot Cobalt because the scum!Apprentice picked Gravedigger. Your idea doesn't make sense because 1.the scum team couldn't know if the Apprentice picked Judge or Gravedigger 2.the scum team couldn't know if the apprentice would be dead or highly townread and 3.they would be trading an inevitable mislynch on Cobalt for some potential suspicion on the Apprentice.

It's also possible that they're just really bad.

I think this does clear the judge though.

fluff is only a Witch if Citrus was the Acolyte, which. Yeah. And they'd only know that if the Inquisitor is a Witch, which is also. Yeah.

 

Fluff, explain your logic on that first sentence. Why would scum waste the survivalist's extra life on like that when they have a fake kill they could use?

From the scum pov, Fluff could have been the Acolyte, the Priest or the Inquisitor (unless they have Inquisitor). He's also the obvious assassin target. Since they didn't kill him, they must have been unwilling to risk a no lynch via Atum's death, which means the judge is probably town. Right?
