I got to rank 3 this season and that's just playing decks from two seasons ago. I haven't found a deck this season that I've wanted to play nor have I any expansion cards.

 

I made this Shadowform Reno deck yesterday and I adore it. 9-2 at rank 5-4

 

I just played two of the most tilting games I have ever experienced.

The first was against a Reno warlock. That game was a combination of the warlock having the pefect answers every single turn (timely hellfire twice, sylvanas shadowflame, healbots, Reno, etc) and my win conditions (Tirion, Ysera, Justica, 2xQuartermaster) being literally the last five cards on the deck. I'm not even kidding, I got that deep in my deck until only five cards were left. I even had to kill a MalGanis on turn five.

The next game was a bit less cancerous but no less tilting, against a Reno mage. This guy played Nefarian and Reno (both of which he Echo'd) and a Ysera. I killed Nefarian and Reno twice, was forced to let an Emperor and a Ysera live two turns each. He played Enter the Coliseum on my full board which included dr Boom (to his empty board), clearing the surviving 7/6 drake with BGH right after. Some turns later, I eventually died to Blessing of Kings + double Nightmare for lethal.

I'm done for today.

 

I'm having fun with a Dreadsteed Reno deck and have already gotten my share of hate chat. Everything from " drop dead noob" to "what moron plays Twisting Nether, go suicide". Fun times as long as I don't just die to aggro.

 

I tried fucking around with a deathrattle hunter deck, and it was really fun until Baron filled my hand with hats, lol...

 

After trying & failing with Midrange Hunter earlier today in large part to the Hunter Dominance quest, I switched to this deck and reached rank 10 thanks to a 7 game win streak!

I ended 9-1 to reach rank 9, my highest finish at the end of the season since I started playing back in beta.

I'd give you a thumbs if if I could. Congratulations! The best part about this deck, imo, is that it's very fun to play and that it has viable counters to most every deck if you draw the right cards at the right time.

Yeah but I got my spectator win anyway hah! Was watching a random guy who had added me get creamed with dragon priest (running chromagus and ysera as finishers).

 

Excuse me, but the objectively best finisher is turning three or four of your 1/1s tokens into 5/5 bloodthirsty Paladins.

 

So this week's brawl is quite unique, interesting even. Try it out guys. I'd explain it, but it has a bunch of weird mechanics.

 

Trying to sneak some HS in while relatives (or at least future relatives) are around has been a pain. Usually involving a phone in a bathroom.

I've played too much Mech Rogue the last couple seasons, so retiring it for this one.

I strongly recommend people try out the beast hunter list - even if you don't normally like hunter, it's been a ton of fun and synergy heavy. Tomb Spiders are amazing for picking either a strong beast on curve (turn 4 spider into turn 5 raptor or a highmane for 6), or picking a situational beast, like stampeding kodo/tundra rhino/scavenging hyena).

 

It is that, too bad I keep getting disconnected while trying to brawl.

 

Yeah, there's been an announcement from Blizzard regarding server issues. Dunno if it's because of the new brawl that has tons of people trying to log in, but regardless. I've brawled some 15 times so far, didn't finish any of them.

 

Looks like the Brawl was taken offline to be back in 22 hours for NA and 20 hours for EU.

 

One week to go before the LoE card bonus becomes available in Arena.

My choices this morning were Druid, Shaman and Warrior. I went with Shaman because I have the Dominance quest.

Where do you see the board nuke? If anything, a lack of AoE may be a problem if he gets run over.
