That feel when you get bent over the next 3 games and go 1-3 :/

    That's hard to fathom.

There's only like...3 worse commons in the game for shaman maybe.

    Stoneskin Gargoyle of course.

Totemic Might I guess and uh...

    Reincarnate?

*Worse in regards to my curve. But I'll bow to wisdom, and my record, and accept that was probably a mistake.

So, N'Zoth priest is a lot of fun.

    Shifting Shade is pretty good.

14-3 so far with the deck, lazily starting my climb. Only up to rank 7 so far, but it's performing well vs. everything except miracle rogue.

N'Zoth Priest is so much fun. Most of my hand and board has been stolen or created at one point or another - only one of the Circles, the Doomsayer, and the Forbidden Shaping are mine in hand (rest stolen), and three of the Shades and Sylvanas on the board were also not mine (Sylv and one Shade from Museum Curators, one Shade from Thoughtsteal, last Shade from one of the other Shifting Shades.) I also Entombed his Tirion (Forbidden Shaping) and Sylvanas, but they're still in the deck.

    Anduin's a bloody kleptomaniac.

You're even more evil in this game, it seems. :(

And unlike what another forumposter's signature says, it does not taste like butterscotch pudding.

Had a 12-1 arena run and the one loss was to a massive missclick. Surprising really as I don't think there are any combos that are terribly unfair. It was just a top tier control deck, most of my wins came through opponents just conceding. Cards that did most of the work were duplicate.

Just hit rank 3 with velen otk priest. I really love this deck, though the amount of warriors and hunters makes it sketchy in ranks 1-5

I tried that out for a while, but I think N'zoth Priest is just better in current ladder.

Unless you're facing ton of miracle rogue, in which case, ugh.

Or Shamans, but fuck Shamans. (And yes, Miracle is an atrocious matchup.)

What's a good decklist for N'zoth priest? It sounds a lot of fun.

Couldn't be arsed to grind up all the gold to get the rest of LoE adventures, so paid cash for it. Guess I'm a sucker now, fallen into Blizz's pay to win model.

Yeah, I did that after long bouts of indecision, then basically stopped playing ranked altogether. I'm unhappy about this.

Tried that N'zoth Priest. While it's fun and I've probably sent a couple facehunters into fits with back to back 20 healing rounds, I get roflstomped by miracle rogue.

Is there anything to be done about that? Add spellpower or something?

@KGB : You'd probably have to run Bloodmage Thalnos or something like it as a tech choice.

Being able to Excavated Evil + Thal on 7 deals with Gadgetzan, Tomb Pillager and Azure Drake even if concealed. Unfortunately it's only a guaranteed clear once and it doesn't deal with Edwin VanCleef. Clean up on the Rogue's part is also pretty easy. You'd probably end up needing to tank a hit from VanCleef then entomb (assuming the Rogue's smart enough to stealth him). The only other easy option for hitting that critical 4 health threshold is an Azure+EE on 9 or double Holy Nova on 10. Neither option is especially great.

Whatever you end up doing, it'll probably be favoured towards Rogue. I played a lot of Patron Warrior last season and quickly learned how much I hate EE. Hopefully you can spread a bit of that to Miracle this season.

I'd also consider taking a look at Kibler's Dragon N'Zoth Priest and Trump's C'Thun N'Zoth Priest for inspiration. Both run more defensive options to help you recover from a 10 damage swing to face (in the form of taunts and Twilight Darkmender respectively). I can't personally vouch for their success against Miracle, but it might be worth a shot.

@Innomine : Other than the lists for KGB, you could try StrifeCro's N'Zoth priest list. He's had some pretty good success with it IIRC, but it's probably best as a baseline.

Miracle is just kryptonite to N'Zoth Priest, unless you are ludicrously lucky and either draw all of your removal at the right time, or he doesn't draw Gadgetzan.

Just got my first 12 arena win, my reward was 510 gold and one pack.

When I drafted the deck I initially thought it was bad, really surprised it did so well. I also misplayed and lost lethal/game at 5-0 scoreline. My final opponent wasn't really that hard to beat, but I'm still proud over it.

    Here's the deck. http://imgur.com/a/NyC0q

Aggro shaman, zoo, various warrior builds (control, tempo, aggro dragon, even pirate) are regarded as tier 1.

Nzoth pally, druid (beast, cthun, ramp), midrange shaman, midrange hunter, renolock, mage (tempo, freeze) are tier 2.

I'm probably missing a couple things but that's the gist of it.
