Yes, and Von just lurked out the rest of the game while dC and I had a huge town vs town fight, and then Jan just put me within hammer range right before dC and I worked out our differences. Did you read that one? Or are you just aware of it?

I like how typh has been townreading me hard and now I'm the most independently scummy player.
He literally cannot figure out what to do with me.

Little column A, little column B. Skimmed-ish? I don't remember much of it other than being super sure there was one between you and dC and Eido being like "lolno" when I told him my guess privately.

It didn't read it enough to immediately get the parallel you're trying to draw with Von here.

Oh I'm mostly annoyed that Von is just lurking out the rest of the game and wanted to imply that I might flip around and lynch him if he continues.

And see where you are on the paranoid-o-meter.

I mean, I'm not really playing up to snuff, but TDS kind of broke my toys with that leeroy. Votal analysis is basically useless this game AND he freakin cut Day1 short literally as I replaced in, so I never got to talk to Vira.

Yeeeeah, my paranoid-o-meter is just not really there with Von.

Like... if the world is actually that Vira lucked into a Haunt Swap AND Von's been townread by most of the game FOR most of the game... idk, it just seems too unlikely to really worry about.

I firmly believe that Von will fool me one of these days, and it will be glorious.

I less firmly but still pretty firmly believe that this game is not that game.

Oh wait, maybe I was/would have been pointed at slippery or koalas for a bit.

    ---------- Post automerged at 17:17 ---------- Previous post was at 17:12 ----------

Why am I scummier than typh, newcomb?
Is it because I was on all those town lynches with you?

I know I'm hard to read, but I don't think I'm good enough to just read by the alignments of who I push. I get shit wrong sometimes.
If that means yall have to lynch me to see actual scum and win, fine.

    ---------- Post automerged at 17:18 ---------- Previous post was at 17:17 ----------

Though if I'm dob I would think the correct mechanical play is take out a newcomb life, but frankly no.

Not lurking, just dealing with IRL things. Also I have a lot more oomph this game than in CatHunt. ;)

Also we've reached the point of the game where my crippling sense of doubt is paying me an extended visit.

    I'll post later tonight.

OOG: did any of the FS games actually get archived?

tom, can you actually read me?

Don't worry guys. You don't have to post.
It's not like its 12 hours to deadline or anything.

I don't like lynching scum either.
    It's terrible.

Okay, real talk, I have no idea what to do. And we're running out of time.

I don't know why mal is waiting for me to post. He's said multiple times that regardless of my alignment, I'm not very useful to him for solving the game.

The fact that neither Newcomb nor mal are trying to kick our asses into gear is ??? unsettling.

    ---------- Post automerged at 00:02 ---------- Previous post was at 00:01 ----------

    Like.

Do we lynch Typhon for getting the Priest killed?

Do we lynch Newcomb for maaaybe being a Witch with Slip?

Do we lynch tom for fitting on every scumteam under the sun?

    There are too many options.

Typhon, I hate you. Pagan is a horrible role.

tom, I think you're mafia because you have an unsubstantiated read on me which doesn't feel natural when looked at over multiple Days, you powered through mislynches in exactly the way I'd expect you to do as mafia, and you make the most sense in any world of two. The last thing isn't suuuuper a reason I think you're scum, it's more of a reason I want to lynch you over Typhon.

Like. Typhon's play here is kind of flailing around and repping "I'm looking at every possible world here." It really does not scream "I'm scum and I have a partner and the two of us just need one more mislynch to win." If he's scum here, he's with Vira and Slip and killing him ends the game. Which we can still do tomorrow if you're town and he's mafia, even with him getting to double-shoot tonight.

@all deadline's at like 7 AM my time, which I absolutely will not be up for.

Either put Typhon in a living world of two that makes sense, or vote tom.

I mean is it more likely that scum!Typhon used his ability so that the Coven could take out the Priest, or that the scumteam just said "lol hope the town!Pagan totally activates" and shoot owner with their fingers crossed?

Like who gives a flying fuck about ~clean checks~, the scumteam /has/ to shoot the Priest because they are literally unlynchable.

I don't have the brainpower to juggle scumteam scenarios.

    Thank god vaimes.

I'm sorry I'm not paranoid of you. I could fake it a little but you're just town.
I didn't get where I am in life by not trusting my gut. If you're scum, lolme.
I have seen nothing from you that doesn't make sense from your pov.
Even this scumread of me that isn't really a scumread. Like, I get it. Your methods should always put me just outside the towncircle because I'm always in my scumrange.
It sucks that you can't see through to my townie center, but it's my own fault for the way I am/play.

I am preemptively prepared to hate the scumteam forever when they win.

I think town has more or less given up. Or are ready to.

I mean, I could've just sat on the role and not activated I guess. But like, I sat down and considered a bit and for me the optimal play was to activate pagan after the priest claimed /if/ the priest was a player unlikely to have already had their ability to be protected removed.

In other words, owner fit the exact situation I'd resolved to use pagan in, because if I were scum I'd have not haunted her prior to the reveal and my #1 priority would be to kill her. One can assume constant angel protection for as long as it's a possibility for the priest to recieve it, so it would be idiocy to not haunt the priest and at least make sure she is killable the next day.

In other words, we should have gotten a clean check, a priest protection, and retained an angel protection for owner for N4.

And I got my ass kicked by wifomery, which is frustrating in ways I can scarcely express to you guys. But yeah.

    PS:
You need a reason to townread me?
If I was scum I'd give up right now to keep vaimes from hating me.

    ---------- Post automerged at 21:22 ---------- Previous post was at 21:22 ----------

    Ok, I wouldn't do that.
But I also wouldn't say I would do that.

Like for real, let's do a role call.

Snowvon plays mafia for fun very superficially and has no gamesolving skills whatsoever.

Newcomb has decided to be a little more distant from the game as town to help up his scumgame, which I'm interpreting as "he's always going to be within his scumrange trololol."

mal is just flat-out less involved, though I /think/ I buy his claim of TDS ruining the Day 1 votes.

    tom is tom

Jan is in pain and pretty much yelling about Newcomb being lazy.

Typhon is also in pain and scummy as fuck and used his ability for reasons that make no sense to me. Who gives two fucks about trying to get clean Priest checks with Demons running around. The scumteam shot owner because she was confirmed town. That's it.

I am feeling very stressed out right now.

If you feel like I'm scummy aside from the pagan play, then that's one thing. But for real though, I'd make that play 100/100 times. Getting out levelled does not a scum player make.
