Still not convinced that he's town. Ideally he'd be posting about more than just fontisian.

Got home catching up right now, first the explanation.

Miner is not trying to solve the game.

Which could be said about other people, but he is trying to fake solving without caring too much.

Order of things that happened (not looking up quotes because I have a whole evening of rereading to do when I am done writing this) :

    1. Jan gives reads while catching up. He is alone in the thread, so reads clump up to 2 bigger posts.
Within those posts is a read on fonti.

    2. Miner asks Jan for his fonti read.

    3. Jan is like confused because he has already given the read just before, but gives it again, a bit more in depth, because miner said he didn't read the big post.

    4. Miner is like .. hmm ok and moves on.

    5. Jan asks for miners opinion on it.

    6. Miner is gives his old .. yeah just sheep fonti for a few days and see what happens spiel.

    7. Jan is confused, but doesn't say anything.

    break time.

    8. Mal makes a fonti case.

    9. Miner stays with his read on fonti, without actually caring (let her live for a while and check back later).

    10 Jan votes Miner.

    Why you ask?
Miner does not care at all about fontis alignment or my alignment.
He asked me a question on fonti, but did not try to figure her or me out with it. Just an empty busywork question that looks towny.

If he wanted to figure me out, then he might just have read my reads right before my wall of people.
Or cared about my read at all.

And he didn't try to figure fonti out because he kept his read (which is not actually a read, but a bad excuse to do nothing).

I don't care if fonti is scum and miner is doing a weak soft defense or if she is town and miner just wants to stay away from it.
It is just all kinds of bad.

Fuck that guy or better force a lynch down his throat.

    ---------- Post automerged at 00:37 ---------- Previous post was at 00:35 ----------

Funfact : this is a lie.

Town!Fonti believe that she is very likely to die n1 in every game she plays on dlp.

Would be a weird way to claim scum like this .. everyone lies in the end.

Like I promised, I've gone through this. And I'm just really not seeing it. His townbloc-y posts are just so Von. I remember it frustrating the hell out of me when I joined this site, but this is just how he rolls.

And the Math change is just a sped-up reverse of his read last game. It's far faster, but Math is a different beast and it's so much working out what is influencing the underlying storm of random pressure. I don't agree with him there, but it's the player i can see the speediest change on.

The motivation you give for his circle-building later on feels really conspiracy theory. Like, the best argument I can draw from this is "Von is moving faster/less purposeful than last game, we should keep an eye out". The jump to this being scummy behavior is really quite a leap. And honestly, I feel like its source is reactionary to the early pressure and his Math read moving opposite to your own.

    Yeah jan.
That's what I'm seeing with his approach to me as well.
Should lynch because of the way I'm playing.
    It's not solvey at all.

    Quiddity are you townreading typh?
Because that is a lot of genuine motivations you assign to someone you're scumreading.

I've been townreading Typhon since his riposte to my vote. Fonti is making me reconsider that, but its still my lean.

I didn't get the early problems woth Phon.
