If Rubicon and Jarizok are w/w and Rubicon is the J-Apprentice then Judge is the best claim because we can't determine that Rubicon is not the Judge given our only way of doing so (GD) is compromised.

Considering the fact that if he says Rubicon was town it mechanically implicates him as a liar, since Fluff is dead, I have a strong hunch Jarizok is going with "Rubicon was the Witch Apprentice."

So anti-spew as Newcomb put it is the best way I can describe Rubicons EOD play yesterday. His reads list lacked any real depth in any of the reads provided, it felt more like him attempting to cast doubt in multiple areas while having no real thoughts and his "Dissapointed with how this last 24 hours played out" was really disengenious given what he'd done during tha time and his treatement of Delphine/Miner and Cobalt/Myself. That combined with Fluff dying here makes him pretty much confirmed mafia.

I think it's fair to say the only even remotely realistic worlds to move forward with from here are;

Owner/Koalas/Rubicon/Waco + 1
Owner/Koalas/Rubicon + 2

If anyone thinks there's any world outside of this that makes any sense sell it to me; Jarizok/Fontisian could be a scum team that lied about Koalas/Atum alignment but we know for a fact that one of them has to be mafia given Fluffs death here and Owner/Rubicon/Atum/Jarizok/Fontisian doesn't make much sense to me since Fontisian and Jarizok would have lied about Atum/Koalas's alignment and then proposed a plan that involves them both dying and not endgaming here, not to mention Koalas was always scum for how he went down and Atum!Scum just doesn't vest Fluff there ever.

Yeah, like. Consider the narrative of this game if the team is Owner/Koalas/Rubicon/Jarizok/X.

Witches rolled GD and Apprentice. They always Apprentice Judge there, so they knew that Jan was the Judge. That means they shot a confirmed non-Priest N1, gave owner as a correct flip, gave Koalas as a correct flip...

... and then, what? Literally rolled over?

I don't see how that team does nothing with those roles other than /shrug townside. Doesn't that team always draw a line in the sand and lie about a flip somewhere, and then fight on that lie?

Shooting Jan, then doing nothing with those roles makes no sense to me in that world.

 

I'll be home in ~3 hours and will go into my thoughts in signficantly much more detail there but if anyone thinks that we're looking at a world that isn't one of the two I've stated above they should state so/why before then.

 

This is what I think the argument is:

No point in the scum Apprentice being the Apprentice Gravedigger if Gravedigger is already scum. Therefore, Rubicon is the Judge Apprentice. They somehow figure out Jan is the Judge and kill him N1 a la WH7 so Rubicon can assume his duties. He then claims to be the Apprentice Gravedigger for some reason.

Is this right?
