    Character travels from an AU universe to the canon universe

    Preferably where at first glance the universes look the same, but then when the character makes assumptions based on their universe it all falls apart. I'd get a laugh if the AU universe features Weasley/Dumbledore bashing so the universe travel tries to apply it in canon and fails.

    I have been looking for a story I read years ago which featured a powerful and maybe a part creature Harry who is sent into the Lord of the Rings universe.
