Check whatever credit or debit card you used to sign up with it, like right now. Something's gone tits-up over at Mythic, and people are getting slapped with their monthly fees dozens of times over. Even people that have canceled their account have been raped by this.

So far Mythic seems to be paying it all back, but their approach to dealing with the overdraft fees begins and ends with 'ask the bank nicely to waive the fees'. So a lot of people are SoL at the moment.

Allegedly, someone was charged $888,888.888 lol but most were within $100-1000

 

I've already had Billing troubles from WAR. Charging me six months after I canceled my Account.. I seriously hope I missed this bs.

I haven't played in awhile. Luckily I don't have anything to fear, I only ever used those prepaid game cards.

Makes me feel glad that I take precautions like that.

 

My buddy was raging over them billing him close to 700 dollars until I pointed this out to him and he called his credit card company told them it was complete bullshit and that he'd canceled and never opened a new account with them and they invalidated the charges.
