Batman the Animated Series will forever be the best Batman series.

 

I hate you guys for making me reminisce back to days when I had plenty to watch on TV. Sad thing is that I would still probably watch reruns of these if Toon Disney, Nicktoons, & Boomerang stopped bullshitting around.

And the other awesome thing about that intro was that there was no "Batman" title screen or lyrical reference. No need to have one - everybody knew just from the imagery exactly what the show was about.
