I personally like the Sandaime portrayed in this story. As a man willing to do anything for the safety of his village, the ideal Hokage.

Yes, he may have overreacted a little, but he was dealing with the Jinchurriki for the most powerful bijuu.

I like the idea, but I couldn't really get into it. The author went out of his way to make it scary, but didn't pull it off well. Plus, I think the story was too short to fully expand upon the details. It's an interesting snippet, but it just didn't hook me. 3/5 for the effort.
