    Title: Despicable Days
    Author: DP-shrine-in-closet-girl
    Rating: T
    Genre: Family/Friendship
    Pairing: N/A
    Status: WIP, Abandoned
Summary: Gru attempts to fill his role as a father while the girls settle into their permanent family. However, with a super villain father and three girls with wildly independent spirits, no task is simple and no day is boring. Chap6: It's Christmas for the girls.

A lighthearted piece that actually captures the feel of the movie rather well. It's broken up into different events in the lives of the Gru family by chapter, and the characters are well written. Not my usual fare, but I found it rather enjoyable. 4/5.

Only two votes and no further review?

I can see why no one wants to read and review a fic that's been abandoned ages ago.

I'll give this another week. Without further reception I think I'll bin it rather than sorting it into the library.

I've seen these movies way too much with my own kids. I'll mirror Wize's sentiment and say that it is close to the movies. Its funny to see this now after having just recently watched the newest additions to the franchise.

    Still rather close.

    4/5.
