Currently sitting at 22 posts, and we can remove one from the reply in the staff topic. So 21 overall posts in the four entry topics, meaning either the missing judges got on board at last or some of the staff might have filled in for them. Either way, we should now have more than enough judgements to speed things up to the result tally, yes?

 

Remove 2, actually - forum started at 5 with 6, not 5 with 5. So yeah, every entry should have 5 posts on it.

Ok, I really hate to be crass here, but it's been four weeks- does anyone still care about this contest at all? Should I just post my story, because to be completely honest, this is getting more than a little ridiculous.

 

It's been another thirteen days. Are all the staff just standing around circlejerking each other or what? Stop pissing around and just throw up the scores already!

Quick question about this month's contest: assuming I actually get enough written for it to be worth submitting, I'm likely to be away for the last couple of days of September. Is there anything to stop me submitting early?

 

So long as the last submissions are cleared out of the board, you should be able to post at any time prior to the deadline and have it cleared.

 

So, the Judges have voted? Or are you guys waiting on someone to vote before posting?

 

The judging is a month late; it's fair to assume it's not a priority.

 

Yeah, I don't think I'll be participating in any further contests until this judging issue is sorted out. Had I busted my ass to meet the deadline, and dealt with this sort of wait, I would have been livid.

 

Okay, not to complain about anything, but actually a question about this contest: where exactly are we supposed to post our entries for the August/September? I'm assuming we'll be blocked from posting in the forum right now with the contest still being judged, but we're getting close to the end of the month, and I for one don't want to see these contests die out...
