    Wanted to add this, cause I just read it in a fic.


    I hate when authors do that thing like person A says you're an asshole and then person B says, "Am not"

    So it goes:

    A: you're an asshole
    B: Am not
    A: Are to
    B: Am not
    A: Are to

    And it just goes back and forth like a retarded fucking cartoon. STOP the writer is the fucking asshole. Its not funny, cute, or entertaining. It is a waste of time and frustrates the fuck out of people. I have stopped reading fics over this.

    People tried this in first grade. It didn't work then, it won't work now. Leave this shitty gimmick at home and never speak of it again lest I take out my spatula and bitch-slap you to death with it. :twisted:

    Stories that don't get updated.

    Have you ever read that big juicy 250k word story only to realize it hasn't been updated in a year and there is no ending? Don't you just want to throttle the author for not writing "on hiatus" or "cancelled" in the summary?

    I mean is it to much to ask of an author to update the summary? It's why I don't write fanfiction, between doing the work for the 6 AP courses this year, keeping myself in good enough shape to play soccer and rugby, and hanging out with friends I don't have the time to write my fanfics and actually update them regularly.
