After the Netflix series I felt the urge to read more Daredevil and Matt Murdock. Really enjoyed that. Especially considering I hadn't heard too many good things about some arcs.

Princess Powerful, Bruiser AKA Molly Hayes. The tactile telekinetic mutant who's power is fueled by caffeine. She's taken on most of the X-Men and nearly killed the Punisher.

My second favorite is of course Spider-Man, the original. Peter Parker. Who else can pull off the line, "Good old Hellfire. For when regular fire simply won't do."

Following that, the rest of the Runaways and Avengers...

For non-traditional comic characters, Harry Dresden.

That's why I think he is the second best. He grows so much as a character, and he develops as quite awesome and nice guy. He won't be anyone's superhero, but if you compare him with the emo and extremely self centered him before he is forced to grow. He still is much more than a god, so it's difficult for him and we forget it sometimes. But his Journey is a great one, and the End is very touching.

I love a character going from very unlikeable to someone we cheer and love, like Zorian from Mother of Learning.

My favorite would probably be the Hulk. Giving the finger to the rest of the superhero community almost from the start.

I've mentioned my love of Hellblazer a couple of times, so...

The Laughing Magician - John Constantine.

In terms of the big two, probably Spidey, although most of that comes from the 90's cartoon and Ultimate Spider-Man (the comics, not the show).

Away from Marvel and DC, the Reverend Jesse Custer from 'Preacher', and Spider Jerusalem from 'Transmetropolitan'.

Hum, I like a whole lot of comic characters, but I'll give it a shot. For Marvel, Spidey is in my top 10, and so are She-Hulk and Ms. Marvel/Captain Marvel, Ultimate Iron Man, non-Way Deadpool and Wolverine in team books.

DC... I like me some well-written Superman, which is rare, and I keep up with the GL comics on occasion, as well as the Flash (Prefer Wally over Barry.) I don't care much for Hal Jordan, which is apparently a dreadful sin according to some, and the whole Bat-family doesn't really interest me. Bats is fine in his JL interpretation, though.

Otherwise... Invincible is fun, and the Great Machine.

The Batman. 'Cause he's Batman, with Joker a close second
