    I, being the knowledgable and just generally awesome guy I am decided to kill God and take his place, nah just kidding. :awesome

    This has come from IRC where I, Knox and Havoc at my request have each created a signature using the same render and size. The only other prerequisite was that they use the tutorial I made an age ago.

    So, if we do the math in our heads..

    This will be ongoing and anyone wishing to join in may do so by coming to the #graphics channel on IRC and requesting entry.

    I like Xipho's one better. While Jon's is great, I felt it was a bit too 'white'.

    The size of the sig was 420x130. We used this our render. And this is our tutorial.

    Well, I gotta say that Havoc is getting pretty good. Keep it up man.

    Cathal; They were part of the tutorial.

    Xiph0 and Knox just ignored them. We followed it to the letter, they didn't. :p

    Jon's would have been far superior, no offense Knox, but it was way too bright. The blend of Goku in the background seemed a bit off in Knox's pic. But that might just be me.

    I reckon that Jon won in that one by a hairs breadth.

    Just a general comment: it seems to me that the writing makes or breaks a sig.

    For example (sorry for picking Knox out here):

    This would have worked much better that the writing fit in with the rest of the sig. Paying attention to the style, colour and effects on the writing takes can change everything. Bad writing can make a good sig look terrible and amateurish, good writing gives a polished feel.
