crossover idea: Mr. Black of Rosarch's Blot and Overkill travels to the world of Harry Dresden. I'm definitly not writing this, seeing how little i know of the Dresdenverse, but I'm sure the greats of DLP can wing it.

No. Just no.

Mr. Black was funny for awhile, but only for awhile. And to be true to character, he'd probably need to accidentally kill of every bad guy in the DV. He would thus change the DV in it's entirety, and as a result, take away the world that is a major part of the DF's appeal.

 

Frankly, I think Mr. Black is hilarious, but I can't see Rorschach's Blot writing this when he hasn't finished up Terminal Justice. Afterwards, perhaps he could be persuaded, but until then this juicy little plot bunny is unlikely to go anywhere, unless someone else wants to give it a spin.

Okay...First things first.

Rorschach's Blot doesn't even write Terminal Justice.

Secondly, the particularly sense of humor used in Mr. Black stories, would more or less ruin the Dresden-verse, as it would tear apart and messily cobble together an interesting Universe into a mess.

 

It could be a funny oneshot, I guess. Maybe you can suggest it to Chris Hill (I think he's the guy that makes all those omakes...?). I'd read it.
