A dog conversation started in the PYP thread, but I didn't want to derail that thread with pet pictures. So: post pics of your pet!

    I'll start. This is Harry:

Now 12 years old. This picture's about a year old.

    And this is Darla;

We adopted her from the animal shelter around two years back, not really sure how old she's though, probably 4-5 or something.

    Edit:

There were also a couple of pictures of her in silly costumes(I blame mum), but I couldn't find them.

The one on the left is my dog, the one on the right is the family dog. Mine has those markings because she was sleeping under me while I was dying my hair..

    She likes to cuddle

And one from the day I got her

The Boxer puppy is Sasha, who's just over a year old. The Jack Russel, Fox Terrier cross is Lara and she's about 15 now, has diabetes, can't see well and sometimes her back legs stop working.

Well, I was trying to avoid posting in the PYP thread because reasons, but I love my dogs enough to go 'f that' so, here we are:

Lucy, the Greyhound is currently 12, she has basically no teeth due to her previous owner and is slowly developing cataracts =\. The two Jack Russel's are Ruby (white & brown) and Jess (black and tanned) who're only 6 months and 14 months old respectively in the photo as it's from Christmas last year. Don't have any pictures of my cats just yet as I'm back at University.

Edit: All ribbing/piss taking for the t-shirt and appearance is more than welcome. It's DLP.

Judging by that picture your dogs are some breed of Hellhound.

Holy shit, those eyes are terrifying.

Yeah, some of the poodle mixes get very close to looking like wheatens. They don't have quite get the temperament though. I had a wheaten growing up -- I'll see if I can find a picture anywhere when I go home next week.

This is Sunny. My wife got her while I've been deployed, and she apparently likes to help with laundry.

So many dogs. You fuckers need to get lizards. There's no love like the love of a coldblooded reptile.

Mum, would probably have a hearth attack if I brought one home. She can't stand them.

Meet Azzeh, my bearded dragon. Had to sell him a while back 'cause we were moving and the new place didn't have any room for his fucking massive cage. I still miss the little fucker sometimes.

I used to put him under my jacket and ride around with him on my bike. Good times.

And this is Hope. She's a toy pomeranian/poodle cross. She lives with my gran now, 'cause again, new place, no space, no dogs allowed. I think she's about eight or nine years old now.

I got her from my step-father's boss when she was still a puppy and trained her myself. She still goes nuts everytime she sees me.

Daphne at two months, on the way home from the breeder's:

Daphne at three months, clearly impressed by my Dead Space skills:

    Four months old, among friends:

Roughly eight months, usurping my place after getting up for work:

Playing with her latest toy. Took her about fifteen minutes to tear it completely apart. Destruction is tiring work.

This thread has depressed me by reminding me that all my pets died while I was in Graduate school.

RIP Bosco, Richie, and Blackie. Also Rags, the best pet anyone ever had ever, who died while I was an Undergrad.

I don't have tons of pics on this computer apparently, but here's a picture of me and Blackie back in 2010 a few weeks before she passed on. She was 21 years old and I was 26, so keep in mind that while Blackie might be a silly name I *did* name her when I was 5 years old. ;)
