It has come to my notice that there is an abysmal lack of art regarding HP and I'd like to extend a challenge to you all to come up with the best userbar/fanart/sig/avatar/banner/etc you can!

Seeing the support and enthusiasm the userbar thread got for a few days, I'd like to see some competitive spirit in you all. We've got some great graphics folks in here, and I'm eager to see what you all could come up with.


The best of the best will be put into voting, with the winner recieving a special title. Entries may be submitted as soon as you see this. Ending date to be determined

Basic rules-

-No image stealing. You can alter,etc other images however you wish, just don't simply slap your name on someone else's stuff.

-Don't insert massive size pics into the board, any sized pic you normally would insert is fine. Please make them preferably jpeg format.

-The pics may be R rated, just be tasteful, no beaver shots or needless graphic sex/violence. By that same standard no needlessly disgusting stuff

-There's no limit on how many works you can submit, and you may help each other.

I love the green one as well. The red one is just too.... Gryffindor-ish for my likes.

I might actually draw something later on if I get any inspiration. Maybe even Harry killing Ginny with the Basilisk Fang right after he stabbed the diary. Wouldn't that be... interesting?

 

Shrink the green flame a bit to get rid of the lines I see, and place it in Harry's hand. Have the green flame reflected in his eyes, and I'd use that as my own wallpaper.

I didn't want to use that Racliffe kid in the pic but I couldn't find anything else to use. I was just being lazy and googling up images, couldn't be arsed checking all of those either. I'll try to make his face darker or something to make him look more evil.

Yep. Anything that you have put work into is fine, including copy/pasting off existing images and making one of your own, etc. As I said anything, except flat out ripping off other's work is fair game.
