I have become compleatly bored with fics set in Hogwarts. There just doesn't seem to be anything new or interesting set to explore there.

But there are endless possibilities in the post Hogwarts setting.

So are there any decent fics that have been started withing the past 6-12 months?

I've read "The Aurors", it's the fic that inspired this search.

 

Do you have a particular genre of post-Hogwarts you're looking for?

Because there's a wide range of fics out there ranging from slice-of-life to action/thriller to everything in-between.

Basically, are you looking for Harry grows up, becomes a father, and everything about his life that happens after, or Harry becomes a Quidditch star, or Harry becomes an Auror and goes on death-defying missions? All of the above?

 

Well not really some sappy fatherhood stories, or anything 'political' as those even at their best are a hair above retarded.

I guess I'd recommend Rep's Contractual Invalidation if you haven't read it already.

There's some good Quidditch star Harry stuff that I like, including TE7's Vitam Paramus (controversial, some like it others thought it was boring) and Barney XII's A Game of Style and Brutality.

Uhm, yeah, tbh not too sure what you're really looking for.

 

A Game of Style and Brutality is my favorite post Hogwarts story.

 

Are there any fics with Harry ruling and advancing wizarding world and magic? Like adapting muggle technology to magic, uniting magical people and creatures, develop something new.
Harry better not to like or outright hate muggles.
