1.) In my Edit Options screen, under Login And Privacy, I can't find the Show Reputation Level setting.

2.) I also have an additional setting in Login And Privacy after Allow vCard Download. It is called Force SSL. I didn't read about it in the FAQ.

3.) I can't find my Reputation at the bottom of the User CP Page (as was mentioned in the FAQ). https://forums.darklordpotter.net/faq.php?faq=vb3_user_profile#faq_vb3_reputation

4.) On my Profile I do have a red dot meaning I have a negative Reputation. How do I find out for which post I got the dot?

5.) I can't click on the dots next to the Report button. The Report button works but I don't get any form to give anyone any Reputation.

I probably did something wrong or missed something but I don't know what. How do I fix this?

I don't know what this reputation thing you brought up is, but the dot next to the report button is an online/offline indicator. If it's grey, it means the user is offline, if it's blinking green, online. You can hover over it as well.

Note the bold section. It currently isn't active and hasn't been for a long time, if ever.

It isn't. We tried it a decade ago. It didn't work. Edit: Negrep for World because he ninja'd me. Impudent.

And Force SSL does exactly what it says it does. I didn't know that'd need an explanation. If you want SSL all the time, turn it on. If not, turn it off.

We used to have Reputation enabled but it encouraged some vicious attitudes and bandwagon. A few years ago we added thumbs to simulate the good bit of reputation while leaving out the bad bits.

If dis was a gud xplanaton den give me teh fumbz ^ yo

Thanks for all the answers. I was getting kinda worried about this issue. Shouldn't the FAQ be updated though?

Okay, you know what, maybe I'm just stupid. But, how do I give a Hooves up?

Edit: I have no idea how thumbs changed to Hooves. But thanks for the answer, CheddarTrek.

Once you have more posts the option to give a "Thumbs Up" will appear at the bottom right of the posts you see. You can only give so many per day.

Is it possible to search for the post with the most thumbs up? Might be a good way to find quality content in subforums users don't frequent.
