Here's an answer to your challenge:

Draco fell off his broom with an audible crack. Soon, the sound of his wailing could be heard across the manor's grounds. It did not take long for the house elves to alert his mother and she came running without thought of propriety. She stopped at the gruesome sight of her son's open fracture of his tibialis. Blood was spurting everywhere and the boy was busy crying in agony. What could she do? Her son had haemophilia, he would bleed to death without proper care as his blood would never clot by itself. Lucky for her, she was a witch!

With a quick snap of her wand, the bone replaced itself and the blood vessels as well. Magic was certainly handy, don't you think?
