Isn't the door to the left? There's stairs leading down there.

 

Harry's place is in a basement that is accessed by a descending stairway. Harry fell down it after being shot in The Warrior. It had to be off the main street because Grevane's zombies weren't noticed, which wouldn't happen even with the fog.

 

Loved Molly, but she does look much older than she should. She has the face I imagine Lady Molly would have.

 

The above is why I imagined the townhouses. Kinda like this but with below street level dwellings as well.
