   If you load the page width wise they should show up, or at least they did on my phone.

   It is related to the CSS media queries which selectively hide elements on differing page widths to keep things usable. Adding too much data to the mobile view makes it really hard to use.
   
   That said, I recognize that ratings in the library are a critical function. Let me see what I can do to bring them back while letting the mobile view still be usable.
