Looking for stories where Harry is trapped in endless cycles. Like Wastelands but perhaps with a lesser scope. The time for it to happen can be any year but it has to be interesting at least. I don't want to read about 5 year old Harry with the knowledge of the universe.

 

The Spacebattles forum is literally nothing but time loop stories. There's bound to be a few HP ones over there.

Other than Wastelands, there's Ground Hog Day by Rorshachs Blot... not exactly an obscure story, but it's worth mentioning.

I think it's a pretty good story. I'm not sure if/when the author will pick it up again.

 

Harry Potter and the Temporal Beacon. It was alright story a few years ago. It should still be readable.

 

Rather crack-y, but Innortal's HP Omake Files contains a few time loops and a lot of crossovers.

My favorite use of time loops is in a Ginny/Draco fic.

the albatross did follow: Treasure. Secrets and espionage. A mysterious oil painting. Draco Malfoy has gone missing, and Ginny Weasley has been hired to find him. It's the perfect storm for adventure—one with a dangerous outcome that no one, not even Ginny, could have predicted.

It was pretty enjoyable when I read it a few months back.
