Despite the reputation people here aren't that bad. Long as you don't start getting into fights for stupid reasons you're pretty much only going to find people willing to help you.

On the other hand, what does my opinion matter? I'm not an author!

Definitely helps when you're the author of a well liked fic.

And yeah, another +1 on Third Magic.

There was a thread a while ago where people were desperately looking for decent Fate Stay Night fics, and we went through all the Zero no Tsukaima crossovers that were worth talking about.

I think Third Magic got pretty decent reception there. To be honest, I was enjoying that a lot more than Thu'um of a Distant Utopia, but then I also haven't played Skyrim so that might be why. =P

edit: It also has its own thread as well, but didn't manage to make it into the library unfortunately.

Hm, I see! Well, I think I was overly ambitious with that fic. It was my first real story, and I planned too many things to be able to put it all onto paper with the limited time I have...

I'd say the Tiffania plotline was what held that story back. It's one of those things that you know is going to become relevant, but until then it doesn't really capture your interest. It doesn't help that you used Archerko, whilst being a novely, isn't really a part of the main FSN world (I didn't even know who she was until long after reading the fic).

You should totally continue the story though. Just saying. :awesome

On this fic, I quite enjoy it. I've never played Skyrim so for me it's Saber in a brand new world and it's looking pretty damn interesting so far. Seeing how she gets totally overshadowed in F/Z, seeing her take charge here is pretty cool and I like her desire for imperfection.

4/5 for me. I'll wait till there's more to it before judging whether it deserves a 5/5.

Yes, I realized afterwards that I was too ambitious with that part of the plot and I didn't get to why Tiffania's story mattered. It was also eating away at my writing process. Hindsight...

I'm trying to work the more political stuff into this, but it's taking me a while...
